USPS have released details of their forthcoming API update due on 28th July 2013.
If you don’t update your Magento installation you will stop receiving USPS rates for most services other than Standard Post, Media Mail and Library Mail.
All of our extensions are vigorously tested before release. In the rare circumstances you do find a bug, we will investigate and fix it free of charge.
We accept no liability for any adverse effects that result from installing our extensions. You are strongly advised not to upload to a live server and to take backups of your installation, including your database.

One extension license is limited to one live and one test Magento instance, and support for one configuration. We cannot support multiple test environments, or multiple configurations on one Magento instance. If this is what you require, please contact us to discuss support packages prior to purchase.
If you have multiple domains running on one Magento instance, supply us with the domain name you are testing with first – the serial key will then work for the other domains as well.
The price payable for any product you order is as listed on WebShopApps.com.
We will charge your account upon receipt of your order unless delivery cannot be fulfilled within 30 days. We accept no liability if a delivery is delayed because you have provided incorrect payment details. If it is not possible to obtain full payment for the order from your account, we can cancel the contract and/or suspend any further deliveries to you. This does not affect any other rights WebShopApps has.
WebShopApps will not share any of your information with third parties. We do not store any records of credit card or Paypal information – this is all handled by authorised third-party software from Sage Pay and PayPal. SSL is used to secure the account and checkout sections of our website. A padlock symbol will be displayed in your browser when you are in the secure area.
Due to the nature of our products, no refunds are available once you have downloaded the software. If for any reason you find that the extension is not suitable, please contact us, and we will work with you to find the best solution.
If you are in any doubt as to whether the software will suit your needs, please contact us prior to purchase. We will either provide a demo for you to test or advise you on which of our extensions is best suited to your requirements.
All extension purchases include our complimentary Bronze support package. We also offer Silver and Gold support packages for customers who require further assistance. Visit our support packages page or contact us for advice on what package is right for you.
In some circumstances we can also offer a consultancy service. In this case, one of our expert Magento support staff will estimate the time required in advance (also depending on the urgency of the problem) and track the time taken to resolve the issue. This service is charged at 70GBP per hour.
Consultancy and support packages are only offered on extensions that are within their year of update support.
Our support service is one of the best in the Magento space, but we are unable to provide it for free. Consequently, Silver and Gold support customers will be prioritised.
We have a policy not to resolve conflicts with any third-party extensions you have installed on your site. All of our extensions are developed in accordance with Magento standards, but you install them at your own risk. We do not guarantee that our extensions will work with other third-party extensions.
Free upgrades are provided for the Magento 1.x release for 2 significant Magento releases OR one year from date of purchase, whichever is sooner. E.g. if you buy for Magento CE1.7 we will provide upgrades for upto CE1.9. We aim to have support ready for new Magento versions within one month of release. Magento 2 is not covered in this upgrade, though we will offer a significant discount.

WebShopApps is VAT registered. This means that all UK customers – and any EU customers without a VAT number – will be charged the UK VAT rate of 20%.
All extensions sold in The AppShop are tested in full by our team before release. Therefore they should not contain any bugs. If you do find a bug, please let us know and we will work with the extension developer to fix it.

We are eager to maintain our reputation for excellent customer support and, as such, request that all Partners commit to providing similar levels of customer support before we host their extensions.
WebShopApps is not responsible for the distribution of future versions of extensions sold in The AppShop. The extension developers decide themselves whether to supply customers with upgrades in the future.

Any activity that infringes terms of this Agreement violates copyright law and will be prosecuted according to the current law. We reserve the right to revoke the license of any user who is holding an invalid license.
2. You may not use any part of the code in whole or part in any other software or product or website.
3. You may not give, sell, distribute, sub-license, rent, lease or lend any portion of the Software or Documentation to anyone. You may not place the Software on a server so that it is accessible via a public network such as the Internet for distribution purposes. You may not remove the serial key protection. Any attempt on the issues in this section will result in immediate termination of the licence agreement, and legal actions will be taken according to section 9.
4. We reserve the right to publish a selected list of buyers of our Software.
5. We will not be liable to you for any damages (including any loss of profits/saving, or incidental or consequential) caused to you, your information and your business arising out of the use or inability to use this Software.
6. We are not liable for prosecution arising from use of the Software against law or for any illegal use.
7. If you fail to use the Software in accordance with the terms and conditions of this License Agreement, it constitutes a breach of the agreement, and your license to use the program is revoked.
8. License agreement remains effective until terminated. We retain the right to terminate your license to use the Software at any time, if in its sole discretion, you are not abiding by the terms of the Agreement, including, but not limited to, removal of serial key protection, obscuring or removing any link or copyright notice as specified in this agreement. You may terminate it at any time by destroying all copies of the Software. Termination of this Agreement does not bind us to return you the amount spent for purchase of the Software.
9. If you continue to use the Software after OneStepCheckout.com. gives you notice of termination of your license, you hereby agree to accept an injunction to enjoin you from its further use and to pay all costs (including but not limited to reasonable attorney fees) to enforce our revocation of your license and any damages suffered by us because of your misuse of the Software.
Since OneStepCheckout.com is offering non-tangible irrevocable digital goods we do not issue refunds after purchase of software products. By making a purchase on our site, you are responsible for understanding these terms. If there is an error with the product that renders it useless we will of course consider offering a refund.
The OneStepCheckout Enterprise license allows for use on multiple domain names within the same company. The domain names can be spread across multiple Magento installations, but these must all be within the same company. This means that for example a Magento agencies cannot use one Enterprise license across multiple clients - each client will need an individual license.
Standard and Professional license
The OneStepCheckout Standard and Professional license is valid for a single domain within a single Magento installation.
Customers with Enterprise license gets free updates of the software for free forever. Standard-license customers get free updates for six months from date of purchase.

We will respond to any service issues within 1.5 business days. For feedback or enquiries we will respond within 3 business days. Bugs or errors in an extension are rare, and will be fixed at the earliest possible opportunity and for free. Issues resulting from environmental conditions or changes
to our software are not covered by our support and will attract a consultancy charge.
